Your tasks

• **Support for body care, nutrition and mobility
• implementation simplified treatment care activities (e.g. blood sugar measurement, simple associations – depending on the qualification)
• Observation and **Continuation of changes in health
• Support in the household (e.g. purchases, easy cleaning activities**)
• Address for doctor visits and appointments
• Documentation
• **Contributing to team care planning
• Compliance with Hygiene- and Quality standards

Your profile

• Completed One-year training as Old Care Assistant (m/w/d)
• Experience in ambulant care desirable
• Responsibility and Resensitivity in dealing with older people
• Reliable, independent and Careful
• Teamability and Communication strength
• Physical and psychological stress
• Guidance certificate Class B (required for outpatient service)
• Gute German Wort and font
