Head of HR Services Germany (m/w/d) - limited 1 year (parent representation)

Your duties Together with your local team, you will ensure the proper handling of all HR administration processes, the settlement of the time economy and the payment of all active employees You work closely with our global teams to ensure high-quality HR services for employees and managers. You lead (partial) projects for digitization and efficiency enhancement in the area of responsibility and work on projects in the context of HR transformation or the HR strategy with The ongoing review and update of HR systems with regard to legal, tariff and operational changes are also part of your tasks You work closely with the Finance & Controlling section on topics such as booking, provisions and financial statements You are contact persons for financial authorities, social security institutions and business and auditors on all issues relating to payment accounting You agree closely with internal interfaces, always have HR trends in mind and evaluate them in terms of value added You lead, promote, motivate and develop the employees you have Your profile Completed business studies, a training as a personal businessman or a comparable qualification Finded knowledge of pay billing, social security and pay tax law as well as in personal business processes incl.
