Employee receivables management part-time (m/f/d)

In your function, you manage an independent task area in receivable management You independently provide support and advise a selected customer group You undertake general administrative and organisational tasks, e.g. checking documents for procedures The processing of telephone and written customer requests as well as the acquisition of the telephone collection are also part of your field of activity In addition, you take over communication with debtors, customers, colleagues and third parties

You have successfully completed a commercial training, e.g. as a legal assistant (m/w/d); Alternatively you have a comparable qualification You already have knowledge and experience in the collection sector Very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as a safe application of MS Office products we require High willingness to contact customers by telephone Binding communication, high self-organization and enforcement are among your strengths
