offer calculation: independent calculation of offers for planning services according to HOAI / VOB and Creation of fees, hourly calculations and quantity determinations Analysis and evaluation: From tender documents and customer requests Cooperation: Close coordination with project managers, management and controlling Care and development: From costing bases and tools Offers: Participation in strategic offering design

Qualification: Complete studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering, economic engineering or comparable qualifications Professional experience: Multiannual professional experience as an offer calculator of planning services HOAI knowledge: Funded knowledge of HOAI and relevant compensation schemes IT-Skills: Secure handling of MS Excel; ideally experience with AVA and ERP software Required: English knowledge
