You are responsible for the management of the advisory board (scientific management and personnel responsibility) You are responsible for the content design, quality assurance and further development of consulting services, projects and the implementation of information and training offers. You are responsible for the psychosocial advice of employees and executives of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen on personal, health and work related problems in individual or group settings. You advise managers and personnel managers in dealing with difficult leadership situations and teams to ensure and promote cooperation. You have knowledge of the external consulting and treatment offer and establish contact with further professional helper systems in the sense of case management. You cooperate internally and externally with various actors:inside You develop a network of external counselling and treatment options.
