Project/Proposal Manager with a focus on legal advice (m/f/d)

For our marketing, clients & markets, we are looking for reinforcement at the Cologne or Stuttgart site. In this function, you support our legal colleagues in a variety of business development activities. This includes, for example, the successful management of tender processes, the creation of written tender documents and the support in preparing presentation dates. You attach great importance to professional process management and make sure that the potential customer is always the focus of all activities. Your versatile tasks include: Control of the tender processes and coordination of all involved colleagues Analysis of tender documents and production of business research Creation of pitches and presentations (textual and graphical implementation), preparation of pitch talks and execution of client feedback talks Ensuring timely levies and compliance with quality and brand standards Mandate and client structure analyses, monitoring of market developments and trends, competitive analyses

You have a degree in economics, law or communication sciences or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you already have first experience in project management and business development, preferably in law firms or business consulting, such as in M&A consulting. Your strengths are a clear and convincing communication, leadership skills and high detail accuracy. You like to work in the team, drive themes forward independently and keep track of several parallel projects. The secure and stylistic handling of German and English in word and writing as well as the common office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint is of course for you. Is that right?
