Tasks & Responsibility: It's waiting for you You can independently arrange the onboarding of new corporate customers for the brands Consorsbank, DAB and WM Private Banking. You also take responsibility for account management issues for our existing customers in the company business. You work closely with customer support and support them professionally in answering customer requests. You actively participate in process improvements and also share your expertise in cross-departmental projects. You are also happy to participate in test activities during project implementations or releases.

Expertise & Soft Skills: This brings you You can demonstrate a completed training as a bank businessman/bank businesswoman or several years of professional experience in the back office of a financial institution You have a high level of communication skills, team skills and readiness Flexibility and safe handling of bank-internal systems complete your profile
