Business Process Manager Digital Enablement (m/f/d)

You are responsible for active change management by providing digital project and knowledge management solutions for purchasing You improve transparency and cooperation through digital enablement and design the interface between technical requirements and digital implementation You implement recurring requirements and tasks in scalable digital solutions and are responsible for the establishment and continuous development of best practices and standards for processes and their documentation in the context of digital cooperation Your tasks include the design and implementation of process, governance and improvement requirements as well as roles and authorization concepts in Jira and Confluence In addition, you will advise and enable Process Owner and departments in the effective use and design of Jira and Confluence The structured structure of Jira projects, workflows and confluence areas as well as the continuous development of existing solutions for different applications in purchasing is one of your main tasks In addition to establishing uniform structures, templates and documentation standards within the area, you are responsible for creating and maintaining process representations and process diagrams as well as their integration into the digital process documentation In addition, you are responsible for designing and implementing suitable solutions for cross-departmental measures management from identified risks in the supply chain The deployment of JIRA projects for control in process management, including audit enhancements, complements rollout, communication, training and change management to ensure a sustainable use of the introduced solution
