Personnel management and development: Direct management of employees in the inbound and outbound sector, including the implementation of assessment, praise and criticism. Performance Management: Ensuring the planned volumes and productivity through close control of the work area. Planning and organisation: creation of employee deployment plans and initiation and reporting of needs for employee qualification and development. Process optimization and fault management: Active moderation of shift and team discussions, clarification and troubleshooting as well as execution of process checks and hall tours. Data analysis and reporting: collection and analysis of key figures for performance measurement and derivation of measures. Continuous Improvement (CDP): Active cooperation and implementation of projects under the CSDP, Kaizen and 5S. Communication and coordination: Participation in internal and external meetings to coordinate processes.

Qualification: Complete training in logistics, e.g. for warehouse logistics, specialist warehouse (m/w/d) or comparable. Relevant professional practice: multi-year professional experience in logistics, forwarding or a comparable environment. Leadership approach: (First) detectable leadership experience is present. IT competence: Secure handling of MS Office; SAP knowledge is a clear advantage. Language knowledge: German in word and writing (at least C1 level). Basic knowledge of English is desired. Stress resistance: Embossed ability to maintain a cool head even under high pressure and to act confidently.
