Application: Administration Location: Erfurt Job-ID: 18465 You are a contact person for our employees and executives in all questions about personal-relevant policies, agreements and legal and collective agreements. From professional onboarding to the creation of contracts to the exit, you will have the entire employee-life cycle in mind and care for our data (especially in SAP HCM) with the utmost care. The maintenance of working time is in your hands; you are in close contact with our executives and with our central paying agency to ensure smooth accounting. You carry out business integration management (BEM) and support us in local health measures. If necessary, you represent our training coordinator and take care of the planning and coordination of training measures as well as the administrative care of our training IT systems.

You have completed a commercial vocational training, ideally with an additional qualification in the HR sector (e.g., a personal specialist). Your practical professional experience in personal care allows you to enter our processes safely. Safety in labour law as well as sound knowledge in the time economy characterize your profile. A routined approach to the common office solutions (or Google Workspace) is of course for you and you ideally bring experience in the use of SAP HCM. Your high level of empathy, confidentiality and organizational skills complete your profile.
