The ''microelectronics'' department designs microelectronic components and circuits for high-frequency technology and power electronics. Systems for sensor technology, communication technology and power electronics are developed on the basis of these high-frequency modules. In addition, we are equipped with state-of-the-art measuring technology. Their field of activity includes the measurement-technical characterization of linear and nonlinear high-frequency components and circuits. Here you take over the construction and automation of high-frequency measuring stations – including measuring instrument control. You independently process measurement technology projects for modelling high-frequency components and circuits (including measurement technology documentation) – also in close cooperation with external customers. You work closely with scientific employees – your feedback and work are crucial for the further development of active components and models.

Completed studies (Bachelor or Dipl.-FH) in electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable discipline First experience in high-frequency measurement technology as well as in the characterization and development of semiconductor-based components Very good knowledge of German and English A careful, responsible way of working, fun in experimental work and motivation for new challenges
