You take over the leadership of a dedicated team of specialists: in the field of liability, accident and property insurance (HUS) and actively shape the strategic development of these divisions. In close cooperation with the Composit division management, you are responsible for the result-oriented control and further development of the product portfolio: Development of new products and development and maintenance of existing products Observing market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and risks derivation and implementation of pricing strategies in close coordination with insurance technology Communication with sales and customer service to integrate market feedback into product development Development and implementation of rehabilitation measures for non-profit products Planning and coordination of marketing measures to support product strategy Analysis of relevant performance indicators and derivation of portfolio optimization measures Monitoring legal and regulatory developments and their implementation in product design Strategic underwriting taking into account risk, growth and yield Close cooperation with IT, service areas and sales Representation of public bodies and associations

You will bring a comprehensive understanding of the HUS species (hazard, accident, property) and know how a product portfolio can be developed strategically in these areas. You understand the mechanisms of tariff calculation, know measures for profit extraction and can translate market and competition analyses into specific product decisions.
