As a test manager, you take responsibility for the planning, control and continuous development of the software test of our internal IT projects. In doing so, you combine strategic test management with a pragmatic understanding of operational implementation – and, if necessary, also actively intervene. You have a fixed home base in your consulting team and at the same time benefit from regularly getting to know new projects and work environments and thus continuously developing your skills. Education: You have a completed study or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional and project experience. Experience: You have several years of experience in test management in agile and classic projects – ideally also in controlling larger test teams. Knowledge: You have experience in building and operating test automation and understand their strategic importance for modern quality assurance. An ISTQB certification at Advanced Level completes your profile. Personality: You also keep an overview in challenging project situations, create structures and provide a feasible, targeted test strategy. You communicate safely and according to target groups – from development team to management.
