If you want to start a training as a carpenter with us, you should be creative and careful and can also handle hand tools. You will be active in the area of furniture, kitchen, window, dry and acoustic construction in all three LVR clinics. During your daily work, you will have to do it with different woodworking machines, light hand machines, for example a milling cutter and heavy machines. These are also computer-controlled in a stationary manner, so that work is facilitated. Besides wood, you also have to do it with other materials such as plastic, metal and glass. Within the vocational school you work with the subjects “Werke/Technik”, mathematics or “Physik/Chemie” (based on the selection and processing of materials).
