As of 01.07.2026, we offer you the opportunity to restart with a retraining as a specialist seller in the food crafts (m/w/d) at Büsch and to combine theory with practice.

How to develop

• Practice & specialist business: collaboration in one of our specialist shops and direct application of the learner in everyday work

• Sales & Consulting: Learning customer-oriented sales talks step by step as well as a safe occurrence in customer contact

• presentation of goods: design of an attractive presentation of our bakery and snacks

• Berufsschule & Theorie: Acquisition of the theoretical foundations in the vocational school in Krefeld during school blocks

• Examination & Development: Intensive preparation for the final exam as well as personal support by our lecture team

• New beginning: joy in further education and a new career path
• Requirements: No completed vocational training or for at least four years no longer working in the profession studied
• Professional experience: proof of social insurance employment over at least three years
• Personality: Reliability, Learning and Joy in Handling People
• Framework conditions: minimum age of 25 years
