IT Administrator ERP / Application Manager (m/f/d)

This position then offers you the opportunity to actively shape the application landscape of a dynamically growing company as a central interface between IT, departments and external service providers.

Care, administration and continuous development of the business applications used Optimizing system settings, configurations and application options to increase user efficiency Recording, analysis and implementation of requirements from the departments and continuous improvement of existing business processes First and second level support for business applications including Analysis and Elimination of Software Disorders Interface function between end users, departments, IT system administration and external service providers Independent incorporation into new software solutions and continuous development of your own application knowledge Quick analysis of new applications (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Office or other business tools) as well as identification of optimization potentials, inefficient workarounds and improvement opportunities Planning and implementation of software introductions, optimization measures and projects in the application environment Administration of user rights and authorization concepts in the supervised systems Creation and maintenance of system, process and application documentation

Completed training or studies in the IT sector or a comparable qualification At least 3 years of professional experience in IT support, application management or in support of business applications First or profound experience in handling ERP systems, ideally SAP Experience with document management systems (DMS) of advantage High affinity for software and business applications as well as strong learning and integration skills in new systems Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Impressed communication skills and joy in cooperation with users, departments and IT
