Your mission: Designing products with impact As a product manager at QLIMATE, you take responsibility for one or more product lines in the field of climate cover. Your task is to create innovative solutions that meet market requirements and convince both technically and economically.

Strategic product planning & market analysis: From market analysis to competition monitoring to the definition of technical and design requirements – you develop the product roadmap. Project management: You take responsibility for product launches and accompany the further development of existing systems. You define technical and normative requirements in close coordination with R&D, sales and production and actively support the development process, in particular through coordination, evaluation and evaluation of results Interdisciplinary cooperation: As a key point between technology, production, sales and marketing, you are looking for clear communication and efficient processes and supporting international material distribution. Quality & Data Management: You ensure that our products meet standards, are certified and provide product data such as data sheets and piece lists. Market care: Through training, product presentations and close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, you will be able to experience our solutions for customers.

Training: completed studies (e.g. engineering, product design, BWL with technical focus) or comparable qualifications, such as technical training with a further training as a technician. Experience: Multiannual professional experience in product management – ideally in building technology, system construction or building materials. Technical know-how: established concession for building materials, ceiling systems or surface heating/cooling systems as well as experience with standards and approval processes. Skills: Analytical strength, structured work, business thinking and joy in agile methods (e.g. Kanban, Scrum). Communication: Convincing presentation, enforcement and fun in cooperation in cross-functional teams. Languages: Very good German knowledge, good English knowledge, French knowledge of advantage.
