What counts

Complete training in the field of electrical engineering (e.g. electronics for energy and building technology) with further training as master, technician or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in operation and maintenance of electrical installations, ideally in facility management or industrial environment First leadership experience or strong willingness to take over leadership responsibility Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (VDE, DGUV, DIN) Structured, solution-oriented and independent mode of operation Communication strength as well as pronounced customer and service orientation Safe handling of MS Office, ideally experience with CAFM systems

Your contribution to us

Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team in the field of electrical engineering (low voltage) at the customer location Ensuring the safe and trouble-free operation of electrotechnical systems in the low-voltage range Planning, control and monitoring of maintenance, testing and maintenance measures according to legal requirements (e.g. DGUV, VDE) Coordination of internal technicians and external service providers and subcontractors Analysis and troubleshooting as well as continuous optimization of systems and processes Responsibility for compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards (HSE) Creation of operational plans, resource management and support in budget and cost control Contact person for the customer in all electrotechnical questions Documentation and reporting (e.g. test protocols, maintenance reports, KPI evaluations) Participation in modernization, reconstruction and digitization projects
