Acquisition, incorporation and further development of entrepreneurs Coaching the entrepreneurs to ensure high performance quality and productivity Support of Team Leader Management Last Mile in negotiations with entrepreneurs and/or independent negotiation planning and implementation In close coordination with the Team Leader Management Last Mile Analysis and assessment of relevant KPIs and introduction of corrective measures in the event of critical target deviations Ensuring scheduled reporting Regular implementation of an entrepreneur risk management Ensuring a uniform, CI-compliant Hermes appearance Coaching the entrepreneurs for a successful certification Regular communication with entrepreneurs and documentation and reporting of critical measures

Qualified professional qualifications At least five years of professional experience, preferably in the logistics industry High technical and methodological competence in the field of quality management as well as sound knowledge about process optimization and cost-effectiveness behavior High social competence with strong problem solving and persuasiveness Ability to holistic, connected thinking and personal affinity for taking responsibility Good knowledge of English
