Examination of the technical implementation of legal, tariff and technical changes in the SAP HCM settlement system and ensuring the correct functionality Self-responsible design of practical test scenarios and the creation of meaningful test case configurations Planning, coordination, implementation and documentation of manual and automated testing for quality assurance of system adaptations Analysis of errors and vulnerabilities in billing of charges and comprehensible documentation of test results Close cooperation with developers, programmers and specialist areas in the analysis of causes and support in projects

Completed commercial or IT-oriented training or completed studies, ideally with professional experience in the human resources industry, pay billing or in the SAP HCM environment Funded knowledge of pay billing, preferably in public service tariff law (TVöD), as well as practical experience with SAP HCM, for example as SAP Key User, application supervisor or IT support Embossed technical understanding and interest in IT-based processes as well as the ability to quickly capture complex relationships and process solution-oriented Structured, analytical and precise operation with high quality awareness, pronounced detail accuracy and an independent operation Communication strength, team capacity and initiative as well as excellent knowledge of German in word and writing at level C1
