Your tasks: You support our (Senior) HR Business Partner in daily business and ongoing projects You work closely with various HR interfaces such as talent acquisition, HR shared services or our HR Center of Excellence You transfer your own task packages – from research to data analysis to the production of presentation documents You support the content of strategic HR topics related to leadership, change management or organisational development You are involved in planning and implementing internal HR projects – in particular talent & performance management Your profile You are studying (economic)psychology, human resource management, business management with a focus on personnel or a comparable course of study You have already gained first practical experience in the HR environment (e.g. through internships or student work) You work structured, can quickly work into new topics and keep track of changing priorities You are interested in modern HR topics and are happy to work in the team and enjoy taking responsibility and developing you You have very good German and English knowledge in word and writing as well as a safe handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel You can expect from us: Flexibility: You shape your working hours so that You can be optimally integrated into your everyday study.
