Multiannual experience in the field of technical support / service. Complete technical vocational training (ideally comparable to two-wheeled mechatronics). Safe and competent appearance paired with a pronounced customer orientation. High quality standards and solution competence, openness for new solutions. Experience in handling electrical components. Passion for bikes, technology and people. Very safe German and English in word and writing; further language of advantage.
