Area Technician Formation/Finish (m/f/d)

Main tasks: Area of responsibility which is carried out under certain directives or the highest level of expertise requiring high disposition and full responsibility Organisation and control of resources, processes, parameters and all logistical processes in ongoing production Implementation and ensuring the achievement of the production requirements of the area Analysis of process errors and development of corrective measures in cooperation with quality assurance and technology Wearing analyses of machinery and equipment, coordination of measures with maintenance, preparation and supportive coordination activities for maintenance periods and preparation of regular TPM/OEE evaluations and derivation of maintenance priorities Coordination and control of improvement in manufacturing OEx project work on quality, productivity and scrap topics Creating workplace analyses and proposals for job creation in cooperation with the departments Representation of the Manufacturing Manager Formation/Finish

Required qualification: Successfully completed 3-year vocational training and at least 2-year vocational training (e.g. industrial master or technician) or completed 3-year higher education (Bachelor) Other requirements: Existing multiannual manufacturing experience in industry, also like first leadership experience Field of Manufacturing Engineering MS–Office knowledge Good knowledge of German and English Expressed analytical and systematic way of working and thinking Very good team and communication skills

Remuneration: Group E8 according to ERA Metal/Electric Industry Saxony
