Definition, maintenance and further development of structural standards (construction, steel construction, basic construction) Technical testing, evaluation and approval of engineering concepts, demonstrations and special solutions (construction, steel construction) Assessment of technical deviations and decision on risk, safety and economic aspects Technical support for Quality Management and Vendor Management, in particular in the steel and structural sector Ensuring uniform application of structural standards in line and external partners Methodological participation in planning and testing processes (e.g. BIM, digital plan examination) Cooperation with Head of Engineering, Quality Management, Vendor Management and Operational Line Participation in escalation and decision-making processes in security or licensing issues

Complete study in civil engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in construction, steel construction and/or basic construction Very good knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and approval requirements, especially in steel construction Experience in evaluating technical risks, deviations and special solutions Understanding technical governance and decision logic Basic understanding of digital planning and testing methods (e.g. BIM) Analytical and structuring tes thinking High professional decision-making and enforcement capability Very good language skills in German and good English Clear, objective communication in complex technical situations Conflict and escalation capability in constructional risks High sense of responsibility for safety and quality Clear roll separation between technical evaluation and operational implementation
