Medical Content Developer at an international agency (m/f/d)

Location: Dresden Our client is an agency that specializes in making complex medical and scientific content understandable and visually appealing. It uses a visual storytelling approach with graphics, animations and clearly structured content to effectively communicate medical relationships for internal and external audiences, especially for medical affairs and marketing teams in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. The company operates internationally, around 50% in cooperation with US companies and operates offices in Dresden (Germany). Our client has many years of experience in the production of scientific slide decks, infographics, animations, eLearning modules and training materials. The company combines the combination of medical expertise and creative design to convey content not only correctly, but also vividly and concisely.

Development and creation of high-quality medical content for various digital platforms Cooperation with medical experts and internal teams to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the content Conducting research on current medical topics and trends Editing and updating existing content to ensure its topicality Supporting the marketing team in implementing content strategies Participation in training and workshops to continuously improve content quality Monitoring and analysis of reader interactions to optimize future content Ensuring conformity of all content with applicable medical guidelines and best practices

Natural studies with PhD (PhD) (e.g. Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, etc.) At least 6 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Writing or Medical Communications Experience in multiple content formats and ideally different therapeutic areas Very good understanding of clinical trials (phase I–IV) and regulatory requirements Structured, detailed operation and pronounced analytical skills German and English skills leadership experience desirable
