As Head of Sales Operations, Lead Generation & Digital Channels, you are responsible for the operational heart of our sales. You run the sales team, develop structures, processes and KPIs, and at the same time take over the end-to-end responsibility for all digital funnel, channels and conversion paths. You understand sales not only pay-driven, but also human: conversation, empathy, timing and trust are just as relevant to you as Conversion Council, CAC or Funnel Logics.
