HR Controller (m/w/d)

HAPEKO, as Germany's leading personnel consultancy, represents the following mandate: For a world leader in shipping with over 100 years of history, we are currently looking for a*n HR Controller (m/w/d) with a strong analytical understanding and interest in business cooperation. The company operates one of the largest Dry-Bulk fleets worldwide and places great emphasis on excellent data analyses to control its HR strategies. In this role, you act as a savings partner for specialist areas and controlling - both reactively on enquiries and proactively by developing your own reports on risk and chance identification. A personality with experience in dealing with modern analysis tools and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation is sought. They become part of an international team with interface to corporate controlling.

Location: Hamburg or Lübeck

Creation and evaluation of HR metrics, forecasts and ad hoc analyses Harmonisation of company-wide HR evaluations and KPI reports Support for personnel and budget planning Close cooperation with the Corporate Controlling to ensure consistent reporting Active participation in the expansion of existing HR reporting (FTE, Overheads, Headcount, salary analyses, etc.) Supporting the departments in improving data quality Participation in the further development of the HR Information System (Workday) as a specialist

Completed studies in business, finance, personnel management or a comparable area Multiannual professional experience in HR Controlling, ideal in an international environment Knowledge of HR key figures, budget planning and relevant regulatory requirements Very good knowledge in Excel and ideally in Power BI or Tableau Safe handling of HR systems, ideally Workday Analytical thinking, structured working and high communication skills Very good English skills in word and writing
