Maintenance of customer data in the CRM system Support in the preparation of training documents and presentations Verification of the consistency between support/training documents and integration of feedback from sales and support ( bug fixes, system improvements, approval of functions) Validation of new software functions and reports Supporting the team in other IT topics (distributor lists, workflow presentations, etc.)

enrolled in a degree course of engineering, business, economy or similar courses Safe handling of MS Office Good understanding of business management and sales management Embossed communication capability and reliable and structured operation Liquid knowledge of German and English in word and writing
