Examination Coordinator Training Examinations (m/f/d)

You organize the interim and final exams and take care of their implementation and preparation. You advise participants, trainers and training companies on all topics related to examination and work closely with other bodies involved in vocational training. You create certificates, edit the correspondence, archive the training and examination documents and maintain the databases. You are processing applications for authorisation and contradictions. You are responsible for the volunteer examination committee and organise examination training. You contribute to vocational education and training bodies and actively contribute to the organisation and implementation of various events in the field.

You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, ideally with experience in vocational training and examination. You bring well-founded organisational and planning capabilities for the preparation, execution and refurbishment of exams and events. You are sure to deal with MS Office and databases and are routined in the creation of documents (interferences, communications, correspondence) as well as in file management and archiving. You have a strong service and consulting competence in dealing with participants, trainers, training companies and other educational partners. You have very good oral and written expressability as well as a safe, binding occurrence in bodies and in respect of volunteers (examination committee, examiners). You work carefully, structured and timely and take on high responsibility in handling confidential audit and personnel data. You are characterized by resilience, flexibility and self-initiative, in particular in exam tips and in the participation of events and projects of the department.

We offer an entry fee from €41,000 gross/year. Depending on your individual experience and qualification, a grouping into our salary bands up to € 45.600 gross/year possible.
