Open Space Planner / Landscape Architect (m/f/d)

As an open-air planner / landscape architect (m/w/d), you work independently projects of landscape architecture and open-air planning in different performance phases of HOAI. You will accompany projects in the office in planning as well as in the constructional implementation directly on site. Framework conditions: Place of use: Garbsen, Topas ImmoTec GmbH. Hours: Full-time with 40 hours per week. Type of contract: Unlimited. Payment: For a weekly working time of 40 hours, the monthly gross salary is between € 5.341.80 and €5.637.60, depending on the experience. Planned entry: 01.08.2026.

Your tasks: Project management: independent processing of projects of landscape architecture and open-air planning in all phases of the HOAI. Basic determination & conception: implementation of basic determinations and pre-planning as well as development of outdoor and green areas concepts. Planning & coordination: Creation of design, approval and execution planning and coordination with offices and authorities. Call for tenders & awards: preparation and participation in tenders and award processes. Cost control: control of budgets and monitoring of costs and project processes. Construction management & implementation: Accompanying the constructional execution on site including construction management and carrying out acceptances.

Your profile: Qualification: Complete study of landscape architecture, green and outdoor planning, landscaping and management or a comparable discipline. Professional experience: Multiannual professional experience in outdoor or landscape planning is required. Experience in design and execution planning as well as accompanying structural implementations is desirable. Expertise: Good knowledge of tendering software, CAD and GIS applications and safe handling of MS Office applications. BIM experience is advantageous. Knowledge of plants, materials as well as landscape, climate and settlement ecological relationships are desirable. Communication: Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1). Operation: Self-employed, structured and cost-conscious working with organisational skills and decision-making power. driving licence: valid driving licence of class B.
