Main contact partner for the team shipping for the daily business Main responsibility for the organisation of daily business and the division of employees with priority of the punctual loading of all road, air and sea freight transports Personnel responsibility for employees in the shipping team Technical representation of the group leader in road transport and air/sea freight transport Uniform distribution of all necessary activities within his/her team Preparing, performing, preparing Daily SAP queries to ensure the correctness of data Quantities, data, loadings, goods Representation of the team leader Specialized onboarding of new employees in the area of responsibility Ensuring compliance with valid hazardous goods and dangerous goods regulations and air freight safety External communication with logistics partners as well as close cooperation with adjacent areas Other administrative tasks in the field of shipping

Successfully completed training as a merchant/wife for logistics and forwarding performance or Speditions Kaufmann/-frau and many years of professional experience in the field of shipping/transport management with subsequent specialist training Experience in team leadership In-depth knowledge of customs and hazardous goods and air freight safety Very good user knowledge of SAP S4 Hana Sovereign handling of the current MS Office applications English and German language skills (at least level C1) High level of autonomy, flexibility, self-initiative, enforcement and communication strength
