For over ten years, we have been among the few real eco-current providers in Germany. We have now developed into the largest German network of energy cooperatives. In our office in Heidelberg, around 60 people with more than 150 cooperatives are working towards a common goal: the implementation of the energy transition in the hands of citizens. Then, in the Customer Service & Operation team in Heidelberg, we support data, processes and customers to reliably bring together – with responsibility, sense and a working day where you can really move something. Your tasks

You make sure that interested parties receive the right information and tailor-made offers. In case of requests by e-mail or phone, the focus is on the processing of our standard cases. You make sure that digital processes run smoothly in customer communication, get information at the right places and document it in our systems. You make sure that the consumption data of our special contract customers arrive correctly in all our systems. You also have an eye on the data at our production facilities – you check if everything fits and runs round. Through your careful work with our consumption data, you will ensure a high quality of data – thereby creating the basis for a reliable digital energy transition.

Continuous studies – ideally in the field of natural sciences, energy, geography or in a comparable course of studies. But much more important than your technical background is your motivation to gain real insights into the work of an energy company. You work carefully, structured and reliable and keep track of larger data volumes. With your analytical look for the detail and your binding way, you can ensure that processes run cleanly and customers are well looked after. You communicate clearly, friendly and sovereign – in writing as well as on the phone. You have joy in sharing with people, are contactful and support customers:inside service oriented and empathic. The handling of MS Office is of course yours – especially with Excel and Word. You also work quickly and independently in new tools and applications, such as Zendesk, our EDM system (KistersBelVis) or Slack. Ideally, you already have first knowledge of the energy industry or experience in customer service. More importantly, however, is your interest in energy-economic topics, your willingness to learn and your joy in being in contact with people.
