Application/Development Engineer Screw Compressor Units (m/f/d)

Development of complete screw compressor units (one- and multi-stage, oil-injectioned and oil-free) - from the concept phase to the construction to the series maturity Analysis of requirements and specifications and their design, calculation and implementation in efficient and innovative technical solutions Development and optimization of existing screw compressor series Integration of components into existing and new aggregates and ensuring system functionality Technical support and consulting of internal and external stakeholders (e.g. customers, suppliers, project teams) Close cooperation with product management and sales to align development with market and customer requirements Ensuring compliance with quality standards, standards and guidelines Creation and maintenance of technical documentation (e.g. construction documents, piece lists, specifications, operating documentation) Support for testing, validation and commissioning

Complete degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering or comparable qualification At least 3 years of relevant professional experience as a development engineer in the field of screw compressors Knowledge of the design and construction of screw compressors (one- and multi-stage, oil-injected and oil-free) Very good knowledge of CAD and constructive development Good knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and mechanical design Experience in working in interdisciplinary and international project teams Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing readiness for international missions Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation
