How your day looks like • You help people with an impairment to live a full life in diversity and are responsible for your job-sharing support as part of our reference support system • You accompany and support our clients in all areas of life management that cannot be managed alone and implement individual participation planning • Individually you care for the physical, emotional and hygienic well-being of our clients • Through close exchange with relatives, legal supervisors, the team as well as with specialist consulting and specialist care you can get full support
