Infrabau GmbH is an established construction company with over 30 years of experience in the development and realization of high-quality residential and commercial properties. The focus is on demanding housing construction, project development and sustainable planning.

We are currently implementing a large-volume residential building project with around 200 housing units in Augsburg and are looking for experienced support in the field of architecture / construction.

Planning and implementation of housing projects in the performance phases LPH 1–5 according to HOAI The focus is on the design planning (LPH 5) in housing construction / project housing construction Design planning, approval planning and execution planning Detailed planning and technical development of construction projects Coordination of specialist planners (TGA, structural planning / statics, fire protection, building physics) Coordination with internal and external project participants Ensuring quality, costs and appointments in the construction project Participation in project development and optimization of planning processes

Completed studies Architecture / E2D Multiannual professional experience (at least five years) as an architect (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) in housing / construction Soft skills: Structured and independent operation Teamability and Communication Strength Quality awareness and economic thinking
