Number: MER000493G Finance/Controlling (FC) Participations is responsible for the participation controlling at Mercedes-Benz Cars. We create business assessments for M&A transactions, support existing participations in finance and controlling relevant issues and support the establishment of new companies. As a cross-sectional function, we form the interface between operating areas such as development, production and sales as well as central finance areas such as accounting, treasury and tax. For this exciting and challenging task we are looking for you as an intern in the field of participation controlling. These challenges include: Support in the implementation of M&A transaction processes including the audit and assessment of business models Participation in the management of subsidiaries and minority holdings, in particular in financial KPI tracking and reporting Active cooperation in preparing and implementing management bodies and internal workshops Support in the further development of finance and controlling processes and methods Preparation of analyses, evaluations and presentations for different stakeholders We offer: Insights into strategic and international topics of the participation controlling Cooperation in exciting M&A and participation projects Cooperation with different departments and international contacts Personal and professional development through independent tasks A modern and team-oriented working environment The activity can begin from February 2027.

Course in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economics or a comparable degree course, ideally with a focus Corporate Finance, Controlling and/or Accounting Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office, SAP knowledge is desirable Teamability, engagement and a structured and targeted way of working Analytical thinking and pronounced communication skills readiness for intercultural cooperation Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
