Head of the Management Staff Unit in the Area of Information Security (m/f/d)

Head of the Head Office of Management, including disciplinary and professional leadership and further development of employees Total responsibility for information security, including control of the information security management system, implementation of key requirements and report reimbursement Control and development of all information security processes including Audits, KRITIS follow-up and training Management of the risk management of the branch Identification, analysis, assessment and management of risks Responsibility for data protection-relevant tasks, consultation of management levels and implementation of key data protection objectives Representation of the branch in relevant bodies or working groups as well as consultation of the business units on InfoSec and Risk Topics

Completed scientific university studies in the field of computer science with deepening IT security or equivalent qualification At least three years of professional experience in information security and/or IT security Found knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, BSI standards and IT-Grundschutz-Kompendium Experience in the construction, operation and development of an ISMS Knowledge of legal KRITIS requirements and basics in IT security domains Knowledge of data protection (GDPR/BDSG) and experience in risk analysis That would be desirable: Experience with data protection impact assessments and TOMs Experience in cooperation with data protection authorities Experience in managing complex projects and specialist teams Knowledge of ISO 31000 and ISO 27005 standards This distinguishes you as a manager: You think in complex relationships and have a strong will to shape, combined with value-adding behavior and self-reflection.
