Target Pricing Expert (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the development and further development of customer- and market-oriented pricing models as well as ensuring compliance with legal requirements, in particular public price law in national projects. You take over the integration of international regulatory requirements into the costing logic and pricing processes. You conduct strategic consultations between the organizational units in the design of economically viable supply structures and accompany public price negotiations and cooperate with authorities in the content argumentation. You support the planning and optimization of offers in the context of existing price-law requirements and the identification and conceptual development of innovative pricing approaches (e.g. operator or performance models). You ensure the operation of calculated offers in the customer context (e.g. sales stories, price logic). You take over the professional leadership of the Pricing Model Team as well as the coordination and testing of project-related pricing.

You bring a completed study in the field of economic law, business management or economic engineering or an equivalent qualification. You have well-founded knowledge in public price law and regulatory requirements in the defence or public sector environment. You have comprehensive knowledge of national pricing law (LSP) and the related price types. You have well-founded experience with complex pricing processes in large-scale technical projects. You have the ability to develop structural assessment approaches along technical and economic frameworks. You have know-how in dealing with customer negotiations, contract logic and offer skalkulation.
