You're expecting You will ensure that our colleagues are technically well equipped – from the setup and configuration of laptops, servers, tablets and smartphones to commissioning at work. You support our employees with IT questions and are an important point of contact both locally in Frankfurt and remotely via the ticket system. You are researching hardware, software and service providers independently and helping us find the right solutions for our requirements. You create and provide technical documentation and contribute to the transparent documenting of knowledge and access to it at any time. You process support tickets and learn how professional IT service management works in practice.

You are studying in the Bachelor or Master's degree, such as Economics, Business Administration or Marketing – ideally related to HR, Media or Communication – and want to apply and deepen your theoretical knowledge in practice. You have already collected first practical HR experiences and want to develop in the long term in employer branding and personal marketing. You combine creativity with analytical thinking: You're enjoying evaluating campaigns, keeping track of larger Excel datasets and deriving insights. You are passionate about photography and video – from recording to cutting to visual storytelling – and you have a certain sense of how content works on social media. Your experiences with tools like Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Cloud are a plus . Instagram and TikTok do not only use privately, but with a view to trends, formats and audiences. Modern tools and AI applications to optimize image and video production awaken your interest. You work in a structured and independent way, bring a high level of quality, get active feedback and value the team's collaboration.
