We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in real estate:

Project Management & Special Projects: As project manager and contractor representative, you coordinate technical requirements for building maintenance and ensure trouble-free operation. You take over the project management and coordinate external planners in complex construction projects. Management and civil engineering projects (ISM) are also part of your responsibility.

Construction management & cost tracking: You take over the building management according to HBO and are responsible for the cost tracking of new construction, renovation and rebuilding projects. You control and control external service providers such as construction companies, engineering offices, authorities and experts.

Approval procedure & planning: You develop the documents for public law procedures in the context of re-, new building and demolition measures and assume the role of the person entitled to the deposit in accordance with § 15 HOAI (performance phases 1-9). In doing so, you bear the duties and responsibilities associated with it.

Call for tenders & awards: You initiate, check and create tenders for construction projects, maintenance measures (in particular roofing) and engineering services. You work closely with building operators, purchasing, controlling and service providers and actively participate in contract negotiations.

Building and maintenance: You ensure that the technical requirements for building maintenance and user-specific requirements for trouble-free operation are met. In addition, you are actively involved in maintaining a maintenance list, including cost estimates.

Complete study of civil engineering, architecture or comparable training

Architect (m/w/d), with experience in management and self-responsive taxes of comprehensive construction projects from A to Z and in consulting and support of internal customers, including contractor representation

Good knowledge of construction, e.g. VOB, HOAI, ENEV, ideally complemented by a building template authorization and knowledge of design-specific software, e.g. CAD -

Good knowledge of German in word and writing
