Your focus is on SAP HCM. At the same time, together with us, you will develop our integrated HR system landscape with UKG HRSD (former PeopleDoc) SAP HCM specialist HR-IT / System support (m/w/d) Location: Munich

Further development: You develop our HR system landscape around SAP HCM for the future. Translating requirements into solutions: HR needs translate into tailor-made system concepts and implement them with IT, department and partners. SAP HCM: The support and configuration of the modules PA (personal administration), PT (time management), PY (personal accounting) and OM (organization management) are independently in your hands. Support UKG HRSD as a complementary HR service platform: Ggfs. After structured incorporation, you support the further development and administration of digital HR service processes – from personnel file and document management to ticketing and workflows to e-signatures and permissions. Ensure stable HR IT operation: You ensure process stability, data quality and reliable support including role and authorization concepts and professional 2nd and 3rd level support. Secure quality and share knowledge: you test releases, support packages and system adaptations, document solutions and empower HR teams through training and practical support.

Successfully completed studies (economic informatics, BWL, HR Management) or comparable qualification with relevant practice Multiannual relevant professional experience with HR IT systems as well as sound practical knowledge in SAP HCM (PA, PT, PY, OM) Ideally experience with UKG HRSD or comparable HR service. Platforms Strong understanding of HR processes and their technical mapping as well as ability to translate strategic requirements into concrete system solutions Analytical strength in solving complex system problems with high quality standards and hands-on mentality Communication strength and joy in developing digital solutions together with HR The position is assigned to the remuneration group 11 of the remuneration framework agreement for the Bavarian Metal and Electrical Industry (ERA-TV). In the event of full suitability and full takeover of the work task, the annual gross salary is between €73,000 and €94,000 for a weekly working week of 38 hours, including special tariff payments and other tariff benefits.
