Technical Trainee / Development Program Manager - Raw Material Extraction (m/f/d)

You’re involved – because you’re actively involved in mining strategies, mining planning and mining You learn to do this – in deepening and using basic knowledge such as storage geology, rock qualities and optimizing value creation You have an overview – when monitoring and optimising the processing processes Your knowledge is in demand – because you implement sustainable maintenance strategies You are asked to work out and implement challenging project work Your experience makes the difference – when introducing management, sales and procurement processes as well as expanding our management systems in the team You will continue to bring us – through the step-by-step incorporation into value-estimating employee management and continuously developing work safety and energy management at our sites

You will bring a successfully completed engineering degree with the focus on raw materials/mountain construction (mining engineering) or mechanical engineering and process engineering. Ideal if you have already completed first subject-related internships. The ability to think entrepreneurial, paired with a structured, self-employed working style characterize you. You have the pleasure of using and expanding your theoretical knowledge in practice. You bring good knowledge of German in word and writing.
