Study Assistant at the Research Center for Regenerative Therapies (m/f/d)

Comprehensive study preparation – from the administrative selection and reception of participants, the organisation of pre-sudy visions to the cross-sector coordination with cooperating departments Reliable participant support – including guidance of participants and relatives, continuous care and sensitive, empathic support over the entire course of the study Professional medical data collection – detection of vital parameters, carrying out diagnostic studies (including EKG, skin measurements) and precise documentation in Case Report Forms Complex sampling and laboratory logistics – sampling, processing and dispatch of samples (e.g. blood, smears, DXA measurements), application of cell and chromosome preparation techniques as well as organisation of internal and external laboratory diagnostics High level medical assistance – support in clinical investigations, preparation of infusions, laying accesses, wound care, and qualified application of study medication according to test plan Structured administrative study management – maintenance of test physician and study folders, preparation of monitoring visits, audits and inspections, timely reporting of unwanted events, and preparation of study-specific work documents and SOPs Safe test medication and material logistics – Temperature-monitored storage and output of test medication, functional controls of medical devices as well as predictive inventory control and procurement of all study-relevant materials

Completed medical training (MFA, nursing, health care and (children's)care or med. documentation), ideally with further training for the Study Nurse / Student Assistant Experience in clinical trials as well as knowledge in ICH-GCP and relevant regulations (AMG/MPG) Impressive sensitivity in dealing with subjects of all ages, especially children Self-employed, reliable and well-organised working methods and flexibility Teamable, communicative and contact-friendly Good medical, IT and English skills Convinced on the whole line – Research Center for Regenerative Therapies At the closest possible time in parttime, the job is to be filled with an extension of up to 35 hours per week for at least 10 months.
