For the professional support of our outpatient team in Verl/Gütersloh, we are looking for a professional, empirical team management with consulting experience and organizational talent at the next possible time. The range of jobs is between 0.75 - 1.00 VK / 29.25 - 39,00 hours per week. Case distribution and organisation expert support of the team’s actions; Case management, expert supervision Organisation and documentation of team meetings, preparation and management, responsibility for the technical process Implementation of phase planning (optional) Leading employee talks Load control and support of team members Contact person*in for youth offices; Responsible control of the exchange with the Youth Office Ensuring the professional appearance of professionals in offices and public events - incl. You already have at least. 3 years worked in an area of educational assistance and experience in different consulting settings As a specialist, you have trauma pedagogical, systemic or solution-oriented knowledge as well as basic knowledge of binding theory and SGB VIII You have experience in working with traumatized and burdened children and young people as well as their parents and a high degree of professional motivation for incorporating them into the requirement profile You have empathy and sensitivity in dealing with children affected, their parents and the professionals entrusted with their education. You have a great pleasure in the guidance and advice of your colleagues You have good organizational skills
