An experienced Engineering Project Manager (m/w/d) in the field of sensor simulation at the Immenstaad site on Lake Constance is being searched for for the Business Unit Sensorsimulation. In the field of sensor simulation, state-of-the-art simulation systems for the military market are developed there - from the first idea to the final application.

The position shall be fixed for a period of one year from now on and for the first time. Technical management and coordination of development projects in the field of radar and electro-optical sensor simulation from initiation to successful customer transfer Central interface between customer, internal stakeholders and interdisciplinary development teams Ensuring project implementation in terms of time planning, budget, scope and quality Translation of customer requirements into technical work packages and coordination with system engineering, software development and testing Monitoring the progress of the project, identifying risks and introducing appropriate countermeasures Creation and presentation of status reports and project documentation for internal and external stakeholders Support in offering activities and participation in the continuous improvement of project management processes

Successfully completed studies of physics, computer science or a similar technical course, such as electrical engineering or Computational Engineering Multiannual professional experience required in system engineering complex development or simulation systems Understanding simulation technologies, ideally in the field of radar or electro-optical sensor systems Knowledge of requirements management and systems engineering methods as well as basic knowledge of software development and architecture German and English skills High level of responsibility, resilience and organizational talent Impressive ability to control interdisciplinary teams structured and targeted
