Treasurer (m/f/d)

As Treasurer in Düsseldorf or Aachen, you are responsible for building and developing the Group-wide treasury function of the EGC Group. You work closely with CFO, CEO, banks and investors. Tasks: Liquidity Management & Treasury: Responsibility for group-wide cash management, liquidity planning and creation of cash flow forums for several companies Financing & structuring: Support for financing projects, investment decisions and the development of asset-based financing and project financing structures Banking & Systems: Support and further development of banking relationships and cooperation in the introduction and optimization of treasury and financial systems Hedging & Risk Management: Support for the development of hedging strategies and analysis of price, quantity and financing risks in energy purchase Business Cases & Projects: Creation and Evaluation of Financial Models, Business Cases and Investment Accounts and Support for M&A and Growth Projects Cooperation & Reporting: Preparation of documents for banks, investors and management as well as close cooperation with finance, M&A and purchasing teams

Studies or training with a focus on finance, treasury, banking or energy management At least 7 years of professional experience in treasury, corporate finance or financing environment Experience in cash management, liquidity planning or banking and finance Knowledge of project financing, asset-based financing or energy trading Safe handling of Excel as well as ideally treasury management systems or ERP solutions and digital affinity Analytical, structured and independent working methods Entrepreneurial thinking and interest in building new processes and structures Communication strength in exchange with banks, investors, management and departments High number affinity as well as understanding of complex financing and corporate structuresVerhandlungssicherungen Deutsch und Englishwissen
