Creating, analyzing and preparing the regular participation reporting and carrying out cost-effectiveness calculations and ad hoc evaluations Coordination of processes (e.g. operational, short- and medium-term planning) and monitoring the interface function between business units, holdings and central controlling Contact person:in and responsible:r Participation Controller:in selected holding companies Continuous evaluation of the performance and achievement levels of the companies and deriving recommendations and control measures Ensuring a high quality of reporting to the parent company Evaluate and report the risk situation of selected shareholders Determining and deriving planning requirements as well as organizing planning conferences and exchanges with participation companies

Completed scientific higher education (Diplom / Master) of the discipline BWL or VWL or proof of recognition as “other:r employment:r” Multiannual professional experience in controlling Preferably multi-year industry experience in waste management or comparable areas Knowledge of business accounting (cost and performance accounting) Good knowledge of reporting and planning Strategic, analytical and entrepreneurial thinking and action Embossed personal sovereignty, integrity and credibility

Remuneration: We pay according to TVöD VKA with regular salary increases, an annual special payment and an additional occupational pension (VBL). Hybrid work: Mobile work is a reality with us.
