IT-Systemadministrator (m/f/d)

We, the Tauber-Solar group, plan, build and operate, since approx. 25 years, photovoltaic systems, both for customers and for our own portfolio. Since 2022, we have also worked in the field of project development and implementation of large-scale storage projects from 10MW. Under the Tauber-Solar brand, we have both our service and asset management teams for the technical and commercial management of currently more than 350 PV and storage facilities from C&I to ''Utility Scale', as well as our EPC business with commercial and industrial customers (C&I) for roof and small open-air installations, as well as customer solutions in connection with PV such as storage bundles, charging or charging management.

With Tauber Energy, we are in the field of large open-air systems and large-scale storage from approx. 10MW active along the entire value chain, have already successfully implemented BESS projects and are currently working on the implementation of project portfolios in the three-digit MW range. Geographically, we are active in Germany, Spain and selected African countries and regularly examine engagements in other markets. Always looking for the next project and the next customer solution, we do not impose any technical or geographic restrictions.

You are a key partner (m/w/d) for all IT-related questions and challenges. You take responsibility for the support and further development of our entire IT infrastructure – focusing on stability, security and sustainability. You are actively involved in IT projects and conducts independent subprojects. You install, configure and maintain PC hardware, software and communication systems and enter our jobs. You shape our office world – from Microsoft 365 environments to user management to efficient digital workflows. You carry out IT trainings and instructions for users and start practical training documents. You're puggling technical IT documentation and instructions. You manage and monitor our IT landscape, secure network stability and security and work closely with external IT service providers. You develop our systems – focusing on KRITIS and NIS2.

Complete training as a specialist informatics or comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in system administration, IT support and administration of modern office and cloud environments. You work structured, independent and solution-oriented – and you are a service-oriented team player with a high sense of responsibility. Funded knowledge in Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune etc.) and in the management of Microsoft operating systems (Client/Server). Experience with Windows domain environments (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS etc.). Safe handling of virtualization technologies, cloud services and network technologies. You think entrepreneurial, have fun in designing efficient processes and want to take responsibility – not just perform.
