To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a **Schlosser / Betriebsschlosser (m/w/d)** for the maintenance, maintenance and repair of our machines and production facilities.

Tasks

** Maintenance and maintenance:** Regular maintenance, inspection and maintenance work on our machines, plastic shredder systems and other equipment.

**Error search and troubleshooting:** Self-detection of mechanical defects as well as fast and professional elimination of technical disorders to ensure a smooth production process.

**Repair work:** Repair and replacement of defective mechanical parts, bearings, shafts, drives, conveyor technology and other mechanical components.

** welding and metalwork:** performing welding, cutting, drilling and grinding work as well as manufacturing, adaptation and assembly of simple steel and metal structures.

** Mounting and conversion:** Support in the assembly, disassembly, expansion and optimization of our machines and production facilities.

**Construction of spare parts:** Manufacture and adaptation of simple replacement, wear and construction parts by pattern, drawing or arrangement.

**Production support:** Close cooperation with machine operators and management in technical problems and necessary repairs.

Work security and documentation:** compliance with all applicable safety regulations and documentation of maintenance and repair work carried out.

Your profile

Complete vocational training as a locksmith, factory locksmith, industrial mechanic, metal maker, plant mechanic or in a comparable technical profession.

Alternatively, an entry with a corresponding practical experience in metalworking, mechanical engineering or maintenance is also possible.

Craft skills and a good technical understanding.

Experience in the maintenance and repair of machines and production plants.

Knowledge in welding and in general metalworking is desirable.

Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation.

Reliability, sense of responsibility and team capacity.

Ready to react flexibly in case of urgent machine malfunctions.
