• Keep an overview of consumables, furniture and spare parts and ensure smooth reorders.
• ⚙️ Ensure order, control and efficient movement in the warehouse – from stock receipt to professional storage until regular damage check.
• Accompanying subcontractors on the premises, coordinate their activities and be their reliable contact person.
• Document all goods movements and stocks carefully in the ERP system to ensure full transparency.
• Lead complaints to clarification and contribute to quick and professional improvement.
• ️ Excess responsibility for the furniture stock and the inventory as a conscientious inventory officer. Your profile
• Complete training in the warehouse or logistics area or a comparable technical background.
• Experience with ERP systems (Navision of advantage) as well as safe handling with MS Office.
• Technical understanding of drawings and processes in the warehouse as a logical system.
• forklift Ideally owned a forklift license.
• Structured, reliable and self-responsive operation with real packing.
